Since you are coming from europe i would recommend to go to Madrid and try flying in air europa or santa barbara.
It also depends on the season you are traveling since in the low season Feb through March there are big discounts. I flew from madrid to caracas and back for less than 300 euro in march.
If thats too late for you there will be another low season from october to november.
Try those 2 airlines since they have agreements in place with the governmet for cheaper fuel and tickets would cost less.
Good luck!

I would recomend a low cost to Madrid and from there taking a fligth with Air Madrid or Santa Barbara. In low season or as a special promotion you might get airfare under 500 E.
