Try this:
www.elempleo.co.cr
www.empleos.net
www.computrabajo.co.cr

dougger
In English try amcostarica.com and ticotimes.com.

The most complete listing is in Spanish, of course, in lanacion.com. This is the county's largest (by far) daily paper.

You can also try many job searches in monster, yahoo and specify location as Costa Rica. Usually you get some jobs listed.

The firm Hewlett Packard (HP) confirmed this morning creating 2,000 new jobs over the next two years in the call center who have installed in the country.

Hewlett Packard now has 5,000 jobs, 80% of them are located in the call center and 20% in support.

HP acknowledged, however, that the signature on average generates about 200 jobs per month in its call center services and remote support to companies.

Finding job listing in Costa Rica is difficult. As an foriener in Costa Rica you are not allowed to work without a work permitt. Work permitts are hard to get. If the job which you are applying for can be done by a Costa Rican you will most likely not be given a Permitt (Permiso De Trabajo). If you are caught working our country without a Permiso you will be Deported and not allowed to return for up to 10 Years. People may offer you jobs without this but beware it is you who can get in trouble and not them. The most an employer could face is a fine or (Multa). Some of the best places to look are the local newspapers La Nacion, La Republica, The Tico Times, The Guanacaste Journal, The Jaco News. Most if not all of these papers also have their own web-sites. While HP and other comapnies are opening call centers here those jobs are hard to get if you are not Costa Rican. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions. Good Luck on finding a job.
