You've got a lot of good link for information on the Decameron. But, I did want to answer your question directly for you. The province is Cocle and the city is Farallon, the beach area is beside and part of Playa Blanca.

I don´t know when your travel plans are, but we´ve live here and have checked the resort for availability and haven´t found anything all the way into Carnival. Well, I am recommend this page www.gottagotravel.com. Checking this page.........I can tell you about the Royal Decameron Beach Resort and Casino, it is excellent. You pay for day but you can use beach, swimming pool, drinking, dancing, eating......everything for one price. It is wonderful.
