Medellin and Cali, but the girls from both cities have a reputation as being "gasolineras". The girls from Manizales are beautiful as well, but are much more down to earth and less materialistic. Go to Manizales during "la feria" (right around New Year) when the city shuts down for bullfighting and cabalgatas. There are amazing women everywhere at that time.

In the department of Santander and Norte Santander, you will find many beautiful women as well. In fact, many of the girls here have a mix of Spanish and Arab blood and are very exotic looking.

If I had to venture my pesonal opinion, I'd say Cali or Cartegena(seaside city). Colombia is a Catholic-based society, so even when they do cut loose, it's under the design of heading towards marriage. They are less uptight in comparison with American puritanical mores, but they have their mating rituals as do all western societies. Unlike us, they seem to think that sex is a normal progression of human interest and the male-female dynamic, so there are fewer games played; when mutual interest is shown, the assumption is that you want to follow the normal progression of things to their terminus...and if you don't intend on following through, it should be made clear as soon as possible upon this discovery. The Colombian necktie is NOT a fantasy or movie embellishment. Anger a brother or uncle while you're down there sewing your wild oats by abusing their little princess at your own peril!!! And something to remember if you get down to Cali's infamous "Avenida Sexta": the average per capita income is around $3000 USD...a flashy wristwatch worth a year's salary might cost your drunken azz the hand

There are pretty women in every one of the three cities, but in Cali they are more "friendly", if you know what I mean. Besides, being a warm climate city, they show more skin than the do in Bogota, which is a cold and damp city.

a lot of people say that they are in medellin, but I think is not the city, is the place in that city

Most people here in Colombia will say Medellin-given the warm climate and number of models in that city. Plastic surgery is prevalent in Medellin as well. Bogota has some pretty women too. I like girls from Pasto because they are short and chubby. I guess it is how you define "pretty"
