Probably not Venezuela since its main commodity is oil, and that's going down the tube.

Chile is the most stable country out of all Latin America, in Fact its almost like a European Country, its isolated by the Andes Mountains, from the rest of South America

A mattress in Belize.

most likely chile as it has one of the most stable economies in the region. Venezuela in recent years has taken a more aggressive stance toward the United states and if we should ever into a conflict with these countries than nine out of ten venezuela would probably freeze your assets and u wouldnt be able to get any of urr money out of the bank u put it in.
