I don't know if you can change your itineray or not, but if I were you I'd cut my stay in Domincal short and spend the rest of your time up in the Playa Hermosa- Jaco Beach area as you will find a lot more to see and do there.

My favorite canopy tour is in Monteverde. They are long and high and you can combine it with a suspension bridge tour making a full day event.

I've done a number of other ones, but in my opinion, these are the best.
