Everywhere but Miraflores, Barranco, San Isidro, all district of Lima, the best district of Lima;
PerĂ¹ is very cheap, but in Lima there are place very expensive, but very amazing, for example a penthouse in front of the sea is about USD 70000 an indipendent house about USD 120000, for PerĂ¹ is very expensive, but maybe for us no. |

Well that depends on the conditions you want to leave. You can live in a hill with no water or higienic measures or tou can leave moderate but mostly in the highlands, for example Cajamarca.
In Lima the houses are being more expensive everytime - and specially in the best places to live. But there are areas as La Victoria where it is very cheap to leave but it is very dangerous too.
I would say some of the cheapest places to buy a house is on the jungle but the houses are made of wood and you would be surrounded by bugs and a strange weather..
So it actually depends on you.
But I would recommend that you live in a little expensive house but SAFE than in a cheap house with no elctricity and no safe at all. |

I visited Lima last year and saw some decent prices on condos overlooking the Ocean.
Baranco, Miraflores and Los Salsos(sp.) are reasonable also.
Be careful though, in many areas crime is prevalent as it is here in the states in some areas.
Good luck. |

In the districts called 'Pueblo Joven' like Villa el Salvador, El Agustino, San Juan de Lurigancho, and you'll have the oportunity to live in a mountain and to enjoy a panoramic sight of Lima. Also, you'll know what to live without water nor electricity is. |

The rich people with mansions live in La Molina, good weather all day, with sun, no rain, no cold nor hot, super markets, security, artificial lake etc and you can find small houses there for about $20,000 USD not so big, just make sure its on el sol de la molina |

It depends on what kind of weather you like and what kind of surroundings you want to have around you.
There are three natural regions: Coast, Mountain (Andes) and Rain Forest. If you want to find cheap and good I would recommend you this:
Coast: Trujillo (nice weather, the city of longlasting spring)
Andes: anwhere in any little town, I would recommend you Cusco if you want to still be close to metropolitan areas
Rain Forest: Iquitos |
