Which Latin American airlines you recommend flying?

Mexicana, Avianca, LACSA or Copa.
Additional Details
These are the airlines I would fly to Caracas from Los Angeles. I've flown Continental which I absolutely loved, but sometimes you get cheaper fares from Avianca or Copa.

I don't understand why Mexicana is so expensive.

It would be between Avianca and Copa. Considering Copa is also Continental, there you might have a reference. Avianca is a really good one that offers nice foos on long flights. And stewardesses are really really nice, not like the usual snobby kind (I never get their attitude!)

Avianca...great services, delicious food...Copa is also good...if you choose Avianca...i am pretty sure you will stop in bogota

Copa is probably the best. It probably also only stops in Panama.

Avianca most likely stops in Mexico and Bogota.

Mexicana is not that great, not worth extra money. Lacsa is ok, but again you probably have to stop in San Jose and another Central American city to get to Caracas.

Definitely COPA. Has the best connections and service. Also, its rating for keeping their itineraries is above average and it is a partner of Continental.
