Of course all the South Americans are going to put there own country. I would say Colombia but because I am Colombian. However it is correct that Chile does have the official highest living standards. The other place I would recommend would be Argentina. All the countries are beautiful and all have there own unique good and bad points. Do your research, but whereever you go you will not be dissapointed. |

Argentina, they are the economic capital of South America, and forreal wherever you go jus tlike here there are scums where the tourists hang out...and all of latin american people are warm and welcoming! |
