Which is country is best to learn spanish? (Costa Rica, Panama, or Paraguay)?

This summer I will stay and live with a family in either Costa Rica, Panama, or Paraguay but I don't know where to go. My first choice would be Paraguay because it is in South America and I have never been there. I think Paraguay is quite unique because it is in the middle of South America and lots of the people are mestizos(90%). The only problem though is that they speak Guarani also. Would that be a problem for me? My goal is learn Spanish better. If I go to Paraguay it would be for 6 weeks. While in Costa Rica and Panama it will be 4 weeks. I think Panama looks cool also due to its history, monuments, and modern buildings. While Costa Rica is rich with rainforest. Which country is better?

?
i would say either panama or costa rica. they both have a good speech and education is high in comparison with other latin american countries. remember also that no country has a "correct speech" because each one has it's way to talk by the influence of it's culture

Go to Paraguay, the people in Costa Rica have a weird accent, so, if you want to have a nice accent go to Paraguay or if you can't go there, go to Panama, if you want you can send me a email and we can talk a little more about that, BTW, I'm Venezuelan so I know the difference between those accents

BAGOFSWAGS
Paraguay has got to be the best - Fewest english speakers around you, much cheaper than CR or Panama and much more local culture. You will not hear much Guarani, and almost everyone who speaks Guarani will address you in perfect Spanish - It is not like in the Andes where some of the local Indians don't speak Spanish very well and only speak Quechua or Aymara.

Paraguay is a good place to explore Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay if you have a little bit of time, too.

Paraguay because you will have to speak spanish to survive. Costa Rica to much chance to speak english. Easy choice

Justyn
I think Costa Rica is better but then again that's just me.

I would Say any of them because
all those countries have different accents so its up to you which accent you like most
but if i had to pick i would say Costa Rica or Panama

Honestly, out of the three I would say Costa Rica. However, Honduras is the best country to learn spanish because we have one of the BEST, if not THE BEST, spoken spanish from Latin America. We speak proper Spanish, many people have told me that and I agree..
Costa Rican people also speak proper spanish..
Have Fun there!!

Costa Rica is one of the best places of Latin America to learn spanish, its known for having better spoken spanish then most other countries in Latin America. It also has the best looking women in all central america and most of south america. and the pacific ocean on one side and caribean on the other, nice mountains and uninterupted democracy for over 50 years.
