La Prensa

Yes, there are many call centeres in Panama, they have job fairs regularly, I think it“s easy to get a job if you speak fluently. Now... salaries... most people who work there are in the university or retired people. I mean, you could live with that salary, but it wont be big bucks.
You could also try to get a job teaching... or in tourism.

Definitely La Prensa would be it.

Salaries in Panama range depending on the sector you would like to work in.

You can check this link to see some stats http://www.payscale.com/research/PA/Country=Panama/Salary

I know people that have $25,000 salaries and live just fine. If you can make $50,000 there... then you have it made. I have a few friends that work at call centers there and they make ok money. They recruit people that went to the bilingual schools who already speak English.

If you are bi-lingual... it would be even better. You also will have to get a work permit. Here is a link that has some info on that. http://www.arifa.com/Web/News.nsf/0/c0517d995deac8400525672b005ec9da?OpenDocument
