Having been to both, Id give Colombia the edge in security in the major cities. Rio can be dangerous at any time of the day in almost any neighborhood. Brazil does have Iguazu falls which are pretty cool. Its a tie for beautiful women. Colombia has more national parks so that goes to Colombia. Beaches are a tie also but I prefer the nightlife in Colombia since I dont really like Samba all that much. I have to say Colombia, but not by a whole lot. |

I´m not saynng too much as honestly i can tell you that im colombian, but i will tell you that you can enjoy traveling around both countries a lot, i recently made a trip traveling by car around the whole Colombia (and yes, security is a lot better now so you can do that)....It would be cool to make one of those trips around Brazil. |
