good question, i don't think the food was better than the chinese food in the USA, but i do think that it is better than much of the local costa rican food.
lots of chinese in panama and even guatemala too.
the west coast has so many....vancouver, SFO, LA, and of course central america......
it would be interesting to know the history.
one thing i do know is that so many people from around the world DO arrive in panama and costa rica. these countries offer ease of getting into their country to live i think. |
