Obama is a socialist
To my ears Argentines speak quickly, loudly and mix in vosotros. This was one of the hardest countries for me to be able to listen to native speakers in any environment.

I agree we argentinians speak loud and the reason is very simple: most of us come from italian families which do speak liud and also gesticulate a lot when talking. we copied this from our parents, they copied it from their parents so this kind of loud language is something passed from generations. It is very common knowledge that we speak like this due to our italian heritage!
It is not common for people from every country of the world to speak loud like the other person say, argentinians and italians are the ones speaking loud.

Well, not all of them do. Some people just naturally speak louder, this is true for all people in every country around the world.
