take all these pills and pass out until you get to where your supposed to get.
or
do yogic breathing and relax, then, listen to music, and read a magazine

I don't really have a fear of heights, but I do have a fear of falling from them, airplanes don't bother me at all and I love a window seat. its totally different. But I don't even like to be up on a later lol. Airplanes are just the a buss to me but with fewer low life's lol

Join the Army as infantry go Airborne, then Ranger school, then Air Assult school. Or you could just learn how to skydive and rapel from a cliff wall. The Army thing is only for hardcore people the latter is for sissys.

Sit in a window seat and close the blinds. Or leave a sleeping mask on. Or, take some valium.

My fear isn't of flying. It's of crashing and dying.

habituation - gradually put yourself in situations in which your fear of heights kicks. Start small. perhaps with a ladder or a chair or some relatively minor scenario that makes you fearful. You may wish to get the help of a therapist.
