Easily the best palace property near Cancun. Much bigger and nicer that those in Cancun. Pools are awesome! Ocean is nicer in Cancun but you can use those as a guest of another palace property. Food was decent, although breakfast was great. Lots to do. If you're going to take any day trips make sure to choose the tellum and xel-ha trip. Close an fun. Also look at the Mayan Riviera palace property, we'll probably stay there next. |

Moon Palace has a great reputation. I live here in Cancun and it is one of the best. The only bad or if you like best part is your away from everything. It's about a 20 minute drive to the Hotel Zone and about 30 minutes to down town Cancun. But, I got to say it's a great place to have a wedding, it's beautiful there. I left the website for Moon Palace for you just in case you needed it. Great choice! |

I have been to cancun, but havent been to this particular place. I wouldnt choose cancun for a wedding, it is much more of a party place for people to screw and get drunk, not really very romantic. If you want to go to mexico I would suggest Puerto Vallarta or Cozumel. For reviews on hotels from people who have actually been to them go to travelocity.com |

I've booked a lot of clients there and it is an excellent resort. Its a great place for a wedding. It is 10 mins south of the Cancun airport and really a self-contained resort. The property is really spread out so, if you want to be closer to the beach you'll have to book an ocean front room or beach bungalow. You can request a regular room in a building closest to the beach, but the hotel will not guarantee that you'll get a specific room or location.
If you want to be away from the action then request one of the jr. suites near the golf course.
