Puerto Vallarta is one of the great resorts in the Mexican Pacific. Like most of Mexico's beaches, best months are November thru May. But even the rainy season / june-oct / can be wonderful if you are lucky. |

yeah it was nice, kinda dirty and touristy but cool nonetheless. watch out at the market though they'll rip you off if you're not careful.
ditto on the sand flea thing, on my last day there i got them all over my face. |

LOVE IT!!!! Been there 3 times and dying to go back! Locals are very friendly, lots of culture to take in, beautiful boardwalk downtown. I've been there in Jan, Feb & March, weather was perfect! Water is safe to drink and never had any issues with local food. |

My girlfriend & I went to PV about five years ago. Pretty cool place, but they have these tiny sand flies that bite. For some reason I only got bitten a few times, but my girlfriend had about 40 bites...she was not too pleased.
We've never been back. |

Love it Olas Altas is the place to be meaning tall waves it's in the romantic zone plenty of resturants on the beach my favorite is lazy lizard they have the best mahi mahi
service on the beach a bucket of 5 beers 5 bucks provecho.enjoy! |
