The Sol Melia! Great pool w/ swim up bar and u get to pick ur own cabana, the staff is great and 90% of rooms have oceans veiws ( or is it 100%???)

All depends how much you want to spend, if money is not a problem, try the presidential suite at Las Ventanas al Paraiso, many movie stars stay there before.
