May. If you go in March or April you have to pay a premium because it's holiday season with all the school spring breaks and Easter.. May is traditionally the cheapest month to vacation ANYWHERE

All three months are nice weather wise, but you will find March and April crazy busy because of Spring Break, and Easter and the last of the snowbirds. If you want deals try in May.
