take a bus... there are a bunch of people who will come up to you in the airport to try to give you a cab ride, but when you see the stand for buses ask them and they are much cheaper. I think we paid $7 pp. |

A bus would be the cheapest. The taxi drivers will rip you off for sure! A shuttle would be cost effective as well if you have alot of luggage. When you are in Cancun, try to use the bus the most! |

I was living there for a year and I recommend:
If your hotel is in Cancun take a shuttle or the ADO bus.
If your hotel is in the Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen for example, you can take de ADO bus it costs 80 pesos or 8 usd, is comfortable and cheaper |

Take a shuttle bus from the airport...there are plenty. Check with your hotel, they may provide one for you at no charge.
Do not take a taxi, they may rip you off or drop you somewhere you really dont want to be! |

Taxi is the best for hotel and downtown area it should cost about $10-$20 don't over pay |
