I live in the border so I know about this.
* From Mexico to U.S.A. is 001- (area code)- (phone number)
* From U.S.A. to Mexico is 011-52- (code of city)- (phone number)
(52 is code of Mexico)
If you are trying to call a Mexican cellphone
then it is 011-52- 1 (cell phone number)
you have to dial 1 first.
