Sure, why not? Of course I wouldn't recommend doing anything to get arrested in Mexico in general. I am sure the Mexican authorities have bigger fish to fry. |

I think you'd be better off having a criminal record in Mexico, hehe! Seriously, though, it is always at the discretion of the officials you talk to at passport control in Mexico. Therefore, have an explanation ready if they may be worried about you going wild in their country (like "I was young/drunk and won't do it again, I promise!") Once in, have a great holiday! |
