Not possible, a bf once tried to send me some too, and they were held in customs then sent back, some were bitten! I was recently thinking about that... funny.
The thing is that chocolate contains sugar and sugar is a protected good, so they'll ask for a bunch of documents that are impossible for a person to have, things like permits and company's registrations. Toys are protected too... do you know someone that could buy something for her in Mexico? |

Sure but why don't u send her something else?
If you send them by mail, your package may never arrive its destination.
And shipping them by international courier might be a tad too expensive, besides there are lots of great chocolate brands in Mexico.
A friend sent a pack of corn chips from Victoria, BC to some town in Mexico along with a teddy bear and it was delivered in about 7 days but some other packages never made it. |

It's possible but not 100% guaranteed. I've sent boxes of Snickers before and they received them with no problem, they weren't even melted. You're not actually supposed to send chocolates but customs can't open every package. |
