You can't own a fire arm or ammunition in Mexico. That includes empty cartridges.

Get caught with a fire arm or ammunition, and you get to find out if those stories about Mexican Prisons are true.

If you want big huge problems, try it. The rules of the game in Mexico is to keep guns in the hands of the military and the police. Yes people can own some guns, but the paperwork keeps many homes gun free.
