Cancun or Acapulco? Which is the better destination? |
The most important thing for me is the nightlife. The next is sight seeing. The beach is nice but not as important.
I can speak some spanish so that's not a problem. I would like to spend some nights in clubs that are frequented by locals. It's cool to hang out with tourists around the world but I really like to hang out with locals as well.
I know they are both big tourist destinations. I would probably stay in Cancun city. Not sure where in Acapulco.
Ideas? Suggestions?
It would be for Jan 30th for a week or two. Thanks!!!

CAncun by far!!!!
Been on the two places lots of times, and i can tell you Cancun is way more interesting than Acapulco, more interesting night venues, more girls, more Tourism, etc.
The beach at Acapulco is Ugly and dirty compared to CAncun, Cancun's sand is awesome, Acapulco sand is pretty rough |

If you have the money go to Cancun, if you need something cheaper then acapulco. I've been to both, def cancun its very beautiful and has friendly people. |

Cancun, no doubt. I have been to both, and Cancun has a much better night life, and I met more locals and other foreigners while I was there. Plus, from Cancun, you can explore the night life in Playa del Carmen too! |

Cancun.. but why would you go to either if the beach isn't even important? Go to Europe. |

Cancun is way too touristy for me, Acapulco has more of a Mexican feel to it and the nightlife is awesome. The beach is a lot nicer in Cancun though. |
