My parents got married in the "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Emperatriz de América" church and the location is in Mercaderes Av. 99 in San Jose Insurgentes. Is a beautifull church and in the front have a park. Have a nice day |

There are lots, and lots, and lots of Catholic churches here, big, small, modern, old, etc. If you have any relatives or friends in Mexico City, you might ask them to scout for you. Or it might even be necessary that you and your fiance come here and choose yourselves.
You can check the Mexican Yellow Pages (Sección Amarilla), but you will only get the address and the phone number. Maybe you can ask an event organizer or a hotel that caters weddings in Mexico city to help you. And be prepared to book the church many months in advance, since there is a lot of demand for the "hot" churches. |

The most beautiful church there is the Cathedral Metropolitana and the Basicilica de La Virgen de Guadalupe. If you want something more native feeling there are churches in Xochimilco. Here a website www.differentworld.com which has a toll free number. |
