Certainly not in Mexico and maybe not tropical, but there ARE penguins that live in warm climates. There are penguins in Chile, Argentina, and the southern tip of Africa. Just google "warm weather peguins" and you get, like, a billion results so I don't know what everyone else is talking about. There are about four species that thrive in temperatures ranging from about 40-70 degrees farenheit.
