yes 110V is the norm throughout Mexico. A word of advice would be to bring a 3 to 2 adapter, in other words the adapter that removes the ground or third part of your plugs. Most placer will only have a two place receptacle. I have lived for some years in Mexico and keep several of these throughout my house.

I've been to mexico 16+ times and everytime i've used the same outlet...no problems before.

yessir! ive been down as far as nicaragua, and its all the same as here! i was a little scared too! lol
but youre pretty safe as long as youre on the american continent as far as power plugs go

Yep I lived in Mexico City for 3 years and regularly travelled to the states and can assure you that the power outlets are the same :)

I have been to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Xtapa and Progresso Mexico. They use the same type outlets in those cities that we use here in the states.
