We have the same appliances and power. There are some variations but not enough to break your stuff (most of times)

No, a special three prong for electrical outlets. You can buy this adapter in Mexico.

Converter from what to what. Many wall outlets are 2-prong only.

Also a voltage regulator is not a bad idea with the fluctuations here

No. Unless your appliances came from Europe before you used them in the US. However, some places don't have a socket with three holes but two.
