Peace Out does not have a literal transaltion in Spanish because is a slang. The closest one would be "ve con paz" but nobody that speaks Spanish uses that to say goodbye. Ussually in Spanish you say "cuidate" (take care) or "cojelo suave" (take it easy) which means exactly the same as the English "peace out".
