Does anyone know of a great lobster restaurant in Cancun?

I'm not looking to spend an arm and a leg and am willing to
go out of the hotel zone to find one. Thanks!!

I agree with S F. I prefer shrimp in Mexico to their lobster.

If you want great lobster, you need to go to the northeast United States. The lobster here in Mexico is much less sweet and tender than Maine lobster, for example (not to mention, it's also pricey). Personally, I'd spend my dining dollars on local dishes like arrachera, coconut shrimp, ceviche, and fish in garlic sauce before I'd make much effort to find lobster here.

I've been in Le Meriden Cancun, which is a hotel, BUT they have amazing chefs and the lobster looked great (didnt have it)

You might find a nice rest there...

hope it helps

Lorenzillos - Seafood

this is one of the best...in my opinion....it is on the lagoon and a very nice relaxing atmosphere.

There are many fine places for lobster in Cancun. Lorenzillo's and Lorito Joes are two that are good. If you are really looking for a GREAT lobster and dining experience I would recommend Lagunna Grill. There surf and turf is FANTASTIC!! I also would highly recommend their lobster bisque soup..... BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!

Lorenzillos is the best. For reservations and help in Cancun overall call the Cancunguys at 1-888-862-3806
