Many years ago, I spent three years in Acapulco, residing at the Caleta, right next to the Morning and Afternoon Beach, and all the meals and living arrangements came in a package deal. It was a great way for me to relax after a hectic year of hard business.

Don't know if the hotel is still there, haven't been back down there in many years but I am sure there is something along the lines of what your looking for if your willing to do some searching for it.

The Fairmont is not All Inclusive, they just have a bed&breakfast plan. I would recommend the Mayan Palace or the Grand Mayan, you book the hotel only and upon arrival you can request a meal plan that gives you everything you need and it's not too expensive.
