Going to Cancun Next Week Any Suggestions/Advice?

Me and three of my girlfriends are going to Cancun for GradWeek next week. I'm researching everything I can prior to arrival so that we know what all of our options are and can make the most of our 7 days. Any suggestions or places to steer clear of? We understand we need to stay safe, but we do plan on doing some partying. I heard Coco Bongo is INCREDIBLE... is this true? Thank you! [:

Yes, it's true what they say about Coco Bongo. Here is a link

I do have some advice for you, bring plenty of sunscreen, dollar bills for tips and bus fare.( hard to find small bills in Cancun.) Bring Imodium, just in case your tummy gets upset.

Some other advice, stick together with your girl friends, don't leave one behind or go off on your own with some one you just meet. I'm not saying bad will happen, just be cautious. Stay together.

Don't flash your money or bring it all with you when you go out, just bring enough for the night. Make copies of your credit cards and passport and leave a copy at home with a family member.

Have a wonderful time)

We found having Mexitel cell phones very handy. Calls to the US only cost $1 per call and calls to each other only cost 50 cents. That is really cheap for cell phones in Mexico and they work realy well. Oh - and incoming calls (from anywhere) are FREE.

Go to Coco Bongo!

Well.. is raining quite a lot all over the country, I expect it doesn't last the whole weekend, because we are starting hurricane season.
