Hola! Unless you are going straight into the backwoods, you can buy any kind of products at the local farmacias at the resort towns. Bug spray, suntan lotions, condoms, anything.... Most popular cities have Walmart and Costco etc. or equivalent type stores like Soriana or Ley or CCC or Mega.

It depends on what part of Mexico you're going. I've only been at a resort in Cancun. If you're doing something similar, there isn't much to say (the resort provided pretty much everything). If not, then I don't really know. A tip: There's many beautiful things to buy, but they're usually overpriced. If you don't have good negotiating skills, you'll end up coughing up a ton for something you could probably get 3x cheaper. So basically, any time you're buying something on the streets, if there isn't a set price, always try to bring it down before buying it.
And one more thing: Mexicans love getting tips. |

definitely take mosquito spray. take motrin, something for stomach upset (that will most likely happen), chapstick, lots and lots of sunblock. you will also need aloe or lotion. |

I am also going to mexico in June. I am taking bug spray, sunscreen, lots of hand cleaner, and depending where u r, an umbrella. I hope this helps.. |
