You need a complete and accurate answer. You need a passport. See 1st site below. Then you need a letter of permission from your parents. See 2nd site and read section on MINORS under "Entry Requirements." Then see 3rd site. You do not need any vaccinations. You will be fine in Mexico, stay with the adults, keep your purse across your shoulder, never lay it down on the seat in a taxi. I am an American woman living in Mexico and am perfecty safe...as are many other 'Americans here. |

If your flying into mexico you need your passport, if your driving into mexico you don't need your passport, but when your driving out of mexico you need your california or what-ever state your from ID or drivers license.. Be very careful has there are many kidnappings over there right now |

You're going to need a passport. http://www.passport.gov should have all you need. Your parents are going to need to sign for you because you're under 18. Also getting a letter that is notarized that states your parents are giving your friend's parents permission to take you out of the country, for safety reasons, and any other documents you may need like insurance info in case you need to see a doctor. |

You need to see your doctor and you need a passport and tickets. Ask your mom.EDIT: You need o see your doctor to get you checked up incase you have anything and they give you vaccines and such andpills incase you get sick or catch something in mexico. |
