You just have to do some planning. Do lots of research on what hotels are in your budget and what kind of hotel you want. Things to consider are do you want a hotel with good food, nice beach, big pools, swim-up bars, daily activities, nightly activities, room service, all-inclusive, etc. It's best to go through a local travel agency and actually talk to a "real" person to set up your trip. Some hotels don't allow spring breakers so watch out for that. Every club in Cancún is fun so that really doesn't matter. Basically if you want a fun spring break follow this (trust me you will have a blast)...
Hotel: Oasis Cancún (official spring break hotel of 2009)
Clubs: CoCo Bongo's (world famous and a must go to club), Senor Frogs (a must go to bar), Dady O, Dady Rocks, Congo, Fat Tuesday, Dos Equis Bar, Bulldogs, and The City. Those are the most popular "kicking" clubs in Cancún. Also, go on the Party Hopper Tour... lots of fun!!!
