Has Anyone been to the hotel "THE RIU CARIBE" in cancun mexico ?

Yes! It is my favorite hotel in CancÃºn. It's a lot of fun there. They have a huge pool that is 125 yrds. long with three bridges going over it. They have a big beach that is over 300 yrds. long and there are no other hotels on either side of it so the whole beach is only for people staying at Riu Caribe. They have a pizza stand right by the beach to get pizzas and drinks. They have a big pool tank for you to learn to scuba dive for free. They also have a big amphitheater where they put on nightly shows. They have five restaurants and a very nice spa/salon. At night they have entertainment in the lobby and then afterwards they have what they call an ANAMACION TEAM that takes you out to all the clubs and gets you in VIP for only $40 and you can drink all night on that. Also, the Anamacion Team does different activities with you during the day and on the beach and in the pool. They work hard to make sure you have a lot of fun. They have a cool sports bar there where you can watch sports, play billiards, video games, internet, snacks, drink. It's really great because you never know when you want to keep drinking and it's 24/7 so you can always get beers and tequila. Their lobby is really big and beautiful and have another bar located in it. It's a great hotel. You will have lots of fun there. Enjoy it...!!!

went a couple of years back. loved it! lots of fun, good food and entertainment staff was the best. friends went back this spring and said it was about the same, but full of rude foreigners. I would still recommend going. close to the city, on the bus line, nice beach, good food. don't think there was a bad room in the place. Enjoy!

RIU CARIBE IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL RESORT AND YOU WILL LOVE IT. POOL THERE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. FOOD IS GREAT. IT IS IN A GOOD LOCATION. WHAT ELSE CAN U ASK FOR? I SENT A COUPLE THERE LAST YEAR FOR THEIR HONEYMOON....AND THEY ARE STILL THANKING ME FOR IT. IT IS GREAT.......ENJOY.
