It's a very good choice, I was very impressed with all the fresh seafood. Huge Crab Claws, Mahi Mahi, Sea Bass, and several carving stations and cooking stations. I noticed that the food was constantly being replenished to keep it fresh. The desserts are European style, not overly sweet which I prefer. They had a huge chocolate fountain, I am glad that it was not a little larger, I would have been tempted to get in. The other dinner options are Sakura, Japanese, yes, sushi and sashimi to begin, Tio Pepe, the Spanish Tapas restaurant, which I thought it was awesome. I ordered a seafood casserole, when it was brought out to me, don't laugh, I took a picture of this huge bowl of fresh clams, mussels, calamari, crab claws and fish. It looked like it belonged in Bon Appetite Magazine. There is a Brazilian Steak House, Los Arcos, which is a meat lovers dream , which turns to an Italian Restaurant for lunch during the day, also very good!
For breakfast, in the Don Roberto, is every breakfast lovers dream come to life. Fresh tropical fruit smoothies, eggs every which way, pancakes/waffles, oatmeal, cereal, cheeses, fruits, bagels etc...
Lunch: We would have lunch at the El Romero, Sea Side Grill. It had such a variety and different dishes daily, that it would take a month to repeat. Most importantly, the food was tasty and well prepared. The service at all the restaurants were excellent.
