Yes! My favourite is enchiladas suizas and chile relleno! Oh, and we can't forget Tacos al Pastor! Flautas are delicious along with most tacos. You could alsop try a gringa, which is a taco al pastor on a flour tortilla with cheese. I am going in a few weeks and my mouth is already watering!

And the regional dishes are to die for!
Each city, place has something new and delicious to offer.
Some treats are only cooked locally.

Jorge

Well that's just a start! You have a lot of food to go my friend!
1. Tacos of "Al Pastor", "Tripitas", and "Pollo Asado"
2. Sincronizadas (quesadillas with all the great tasting meats inside)
3. Tortas (think of it as mexican sub-ways but with beans and avacado)
4. Mariscos! (Seafood!)
5. Pozole and Menudo
6. Chile Rellenos (Stuffed green peppers and jalapen~os)
7. Tostadas
8. Cueritos Preparados (Delicously Prepared Pork Skins)
9. Almejas Preparadas (Deliciously Prepared Clams)
10. Raspados (Flavored Ice)
11. Guaraches
12. Sopes
13. Nachos
14. Oh and believe it or not they have superior chinese food compared to anything you will eat in the States.

Yes, and try the foods you haven't tasted before. Posole, menudo, carnitas, frijoles de olla, caldo talpeno, and so many more dished. It is a great place to eat, and every section of Mexico has its own special foods. The spell checker doesn't like these dishes!

Hearty
It is impossible to go to another country and not eat any of their food!

Carne Asada, Arrachara steak, Pancho's Haraches (grilled steak on top of a Nopales cactus leaf!), fish, beef, chicken tacos, fajitas, slow-barbecued lamb - great with tortillas), quail, local seafood - shrimp, lobster, dorado (tastes like maui-maui), frog legs. (grilled or in a cream suace).....and so on!

I am going back in February for 6 weeks! Yummy!
