Don't try surgery, starving yourself, throwing up food and special diets and all of that go by the golden rule "A calorie in, a calorie out." Which means watch your quantity and quality of your calorie intake and burn some calories doing exercise and keeping busy. Don't eat foods with Trans fat and limit your Saturated fat intake, go for high protein high fiber foods and try drinking green tea to control your appetite and stay healthy (the antioxidants help your cells) Make sure you enjoy your exercise, instead of running on a treadmill for an hour if you find it boring and stressful join a basketball team or go swimming. Some gyms even have rock climbing walls! (I love to rock climb!) and it is good for your upper body. You say you are big boned check out your BMI you can also wrap your index and thumb around your wrist if they overlap you have a petite bone structure if they touch you are average if they are far apart you have a bigger bone structure. If you are really worried go to your local GNC or vitamin store and and ask about vitamins and supplements you can also talk with your doctor. Best of luck

Lower your calorific intake to around 1700 to 2000 Calories a day.

Drink loads of water - at least 64 ounces but more is better

Get out and excercise. Even a 1/2 hour walk each day is better than nothing.

There is no miracle cure for weight loss - its all about how much fuel you feed your body and how effeciently you use that fuel. If you eat 2200 calories and only expend 2000, then the excess calories will be converted to fat and stored by your body.

Do NOT starve yourself! Always eat. If your body does not get food, it will start to consume muscle and you will get sick and still not lose the fat.

Eat every 3 hours - breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. You will find yourself gettng into a routine that constantly feeds your metabolism and turns your body into an efficient calorie burning machine.

Read the labels of the foods you get - watch the portion sizes. If you eat out, eat half what they give you. Restaurants are notorious for giving you way too much food.

OK, this spring and summer, I increased my activity and cut down on my food and have been having success at taking off about 4 to 6 pounds a month which is ideal as slow sensible weight loss is the most effective. The problem is that I am anxious and anxiety ridden person who eats to calm nerves as I do not smoke. So - today I had a serious talk with my doctor and he gave me a medication to fight anxiety which should help me.

So - I advise that you get active more than you are now, eat a little less at each meal and get healthy snacks. Give up 1. Soda (diet or otherwise = give it up 2. if it has trans-fat = do not eat it = read the label and do NOT eat it. 3. Eat only whole grain bread and read the label for high fiber. 4 Give up two of the following entirely (See below as exception is there)a.Regular Pasta b. chocolate c. cheese and d. potato's. 5. Give up high fat dairy products. a. no whole milk b. no ice cream c. back to that evil cheese d. try to get to dairy with 2% or 1% milkfat. Higher than that = throw it out.
Make all these things you throw away a rare (rare) treat that you eat a few times a year as a special. Pick the things you can give up and substitute equal things for those must haves that you will not give up. Nothing (nothing ) is absolutely banned as diets do not work if you restrict anything to an absolute no.

It is really easy to lose weight. Simple math really. Less colories in more calories out. In other words eat smart and work out. The best work out are with weights, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn while at rest. Another great way to get a great start to losing weight is to take a ECA stack ( ephedrine, caffine and asprin stack ) As long as you don't have any heart issues this will give a great head start. I'm a professional bodybuilder and it what alot of us use in order to get ready for shows.

have you tried instead of useing a plate use a saucer,after awhile it will look as much as you have on a plate,and don't give up.
