Most people outside of Mexico probably don't know it exists. If it's not a big tourist destination, like Cancun or Puerto Vallarta, it's not on their radar. I've read a book about SMA called On Mexican Time: A New Life in San Miguel by Tony Cohan From that book, I know it's a nice town, and it's on my list to consider for retirement. So, when that gets closer, I'll ask a question about how San Miguel de Allende is for a place for gringos to retire--so start doing research for that question. |
