How is the weather in Cancun Mexico in February ?

Anytime is a great time to go to CancÃºn. It's in a tropical climate so the temperatures are always about the same year round. It will be in the mid to high 80's during the day. There won't be much rain at all. The rainy season is from Sept. to Oct. so you won't have to worry about much rain. More moderate conditions occur in February. If there is a rain shower it is literally only for a few minutes to no more than 20-30 minutes and most of the time the sun is still shinning while it rains out...known as sun showers to us true CancÃºnians! It won't be that packed with visitors in February. It will be a more relaxing time for you. Overall the weather will be terrific. Nice and warm, sunny skies, no worries of hurricanes. It will be beautiful weather. Enjoy your time...you will have a blast!!!

It's pretty much the same all year round since its in the tropics, maybe a bit cooler in the winter, but not much.

I went to Cancun last February and we had one hot week. The weather was always in the 90's and not a cloud to been seen. If you will be spending time where all the shops and bars are then yes, it was busy, even more so at night. Whenever we planned a day trip or were spending the day at the beach then we really didn't feel like we were too crowded. Check weather.com as your trip gets closer, we did that and it called for rain the week we were there but, it never rained.

hey, February is a nice time for relaxing, with the average temp at around 24 degrees Celsius. you'll get some rain, but it wont spoil your trip.

Regarding the weather in Cancun for February first. Cancun the weather is pretty much good any time of the year and does not change all that much from season to season. The average high temp is 84 degrees and average low is 67. Only 4 days of the month see any rain at all on average and there is an average of only 1.6 of rain, so rain is probably not going to be seen much if at all in Feb.

Now to being crowded. The early in Feb you go the less crowded it will be although the entire month is pretty crowded. The hotel fill rate is near 84% in Feb historically and Spring Break Month starts the last week in Feb this year.
