Vallarta has very warm Octobers. It is Warm there year round. Rainy season ends in September, so by october the Bay is much much nicer. There are many rivers that drain into the bay, so during Rainy season, the color of the bay is brownish. When it doesnt rain its a deep clean green. Enjoy your trip, I love Puerto Vallarta.

El tiempo es muy excelente en Puerto Vallarta!!. The best sunny, hot weathers are in March and April. In October it's sunny and warm but as it comes to the end of the month then you're looking at stormy rains. But mostly in October it's okay and warm.
