As far as actual numbers I couldn't tell ya, but the big cities (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) and I'm sure all the Resort Towns (Puerto Vallarta, Cancun etc...) all have High Speed Internet that is comparable to what we have in the states.
Although I guarantee you that nowhere NEAR as many people actually utilize the Internet in Mexico as in the US, they do have the resources available to them.
