Old enough to go to the store by yourself when your dad sends you. If the store is on the same street, maybe even 7-8 years old, if it's far, then over 9-10 years old.

Technically you need to be 18 but some people will even sell it to minors but if you're 18 then you are old enough

Legally you should be 18, but in mexico they sell to minors all the time. I've heard about like 12, 13 year olds, drinking tequila and smoking and no one really cared
