I am Mexican....and I NO tijuana is not safe. Southern Mexico is way better, less violence and more cultural. |

normally, or most of the time, when you're from somewhere, it's not so bad a case when you live there to deal with what's going on. however, it is possible that even if this city isn't relatively safe, there are definitely areas in the vicinity that are probably relatively safe. |
