No, You have to be 18, and as far as weed, if you get caught, God help you in a Mexican jail, don't even think of dropping the soap.

The legal age to drink in Mexico is 18.
You are not allowed to be in a bar under that age and for Mexicans the valid documentation to proof age for this circumstances are the Voting Card or the Military Service Card (for boys)

And for Taylor... marihuana is not legal in Mexico...

NO! You shouldn't even be entertaining those thoughts. You're too young to drink, and bars in Mexico do ask for ID. Buying weed is illegal and will fry your brain, and you're stupid enough already.

You can drink all the Coke you want, Pepsi too. You can buy cigarettes but marijuana is just as illegal in Mexico as it is in the states. The Mexican federales are very harsh on Americans who break their laws, and Mexican jails are not somewhere you want to spend time.

you have to be 17 and with an adult in mexico to drink. you cant buy ciggarets till you are 18, and you can buy weed if you want but it is illegal anywhere.

I don't know about weed and cigarettes but as far as drinking goes, as long as you can see over the bar you can drink in Mexico.

if smoking marijuana is LEGAL in mexico, then i bet drinking at that age is legal too. But i suggest you don't because it kills a LOT of braincells.
