I'm going to Isla Mujeres (an island off the coast of Cancun), how much money should i bring? |
I'm going for about a week and its going to be 3 of us. If there is any clubs/bars it would be just to dance. Only one of us is a big drinker.
We plan for snorkeling and what not. Thanks

Ok now is that bring $500 per person or all together. So if we all brought around $200-300 we would be fine?

Well if you are going to Isla Mujeres there is realy not much to do. I hope that you got an all inclusive hotel, or else you will end up paying abot 7 to 18 dollars a meal per person depending on where you eat.
Like I said if you got the all inclusive plan, you can see about how much you drink about $5dollars a beer and $10 to $18 a snack at a bar or club., plus maybe a Souvenir about $7 a keychain or $5 glass shot.
It is up to you how much you are willing to spend a day.
We are not heavy drinkers but my husband and I ended up paying $166 at a night club for beer, a shrimp snack plus the tips.
DO NOT FORGET TO TIP IF YOU WHANT GOOD AND FAST SERVICE. The least you can tip is about $2 for every time they serve you, and still they will give you that look.

I would probably take around $500. That should be sufficient enough if you don't like to party and drink that much. That will give you enough for food and other things you plan to do. Also, there are lots of neat little shops you can buy things at and also rent a golf cart and tour the island. So, about $500 should be adequate.
Don't forget to visit the shell house!!! Enjoy your time!!! |

and taxis there are o so expensive |
