Go to a mexican embassy or a consulate in the US (located in all major US cities) to apply for an FM3 Visa since you're married to a mexican citizen. The process will be easier if you've been married for 5 years but they will still give it to you if you've been married less time.

You'll need to issue a US passport which could take a few weeks. There's online websites for getting jobs though you'll need a college degree to find decent work here.

Your important papers and thats it. Mexican Immigration wont hunt you down to deport you to your country. We are nice and welcoming.

according to what I saw in the Mexican Consulate website you will need to file for a visa. I think that you can get one for upto 6mo's. In any case you should check out the Mexican Consulate website. I googled it. You may have to import your vehicles if you're taking them with you. You should also inquire about the possibility of dual citizenship since your spouse is Mexican. This way you won't have any restrictions on land ownership.

Besides getting your head examined -- nothing.

A passport and all of your identification papers so you can return as much as you want.

You need a passport! Right now you don't, if you drive in/out (they only require proff of residance -State ID or Driver's licence)but they are going to start requiring them soon. And depending what type of Green card your husband has as to what he will need.

Other than having a really important reason (like job assignment or taking care of family), why would you want to move to a country that can't, by evidence of almost no Amerians jumping over the borders to Mexico but millions of illegal Mexicans jumping over to America, even take care of their own?
