You can do it in Mexico´s banks but you need to check the rates cause is a little different in each one... or you can find exchange places on the airport with good rates but is about checking in different places... try to check on the internet the different banks in Mexico good luck

Arriving any main mexican airport once clear customs look for currency exchange there're many and rates may vary up to 40 cents of peso so look for best deal because of daily variation currency exchange rates are better than most banks. Many places acept visa mastercard american exp so just keep some pesos for snacks. Be Safe. Always take "taxi seguro" (safe Taxi) meaning a radio or based controlled taxi, in Mexico city, Guadalajara & Monterrey some of these taxi acepts main cards

Try the currency exchange in the Mexico Airport, but do it once you clear customs, they have better rates there than inside, do not try the hotels, they always try to make extra money.
